Person caught blackmailing e-Biotorium company by Poilce, conspiracy to defame the company under the guise of journalism
Kishore Dubey, accused of blackmailing and defaming Mumbai’s famous company under the guise of journalism and framing its Managing Director (MD), has been arrested by the Kashimira Police Station Mira Road, Thane.
The investigation found that Kishore Dubey wanted to defame the company and extort money from Sagar Joshi through blackmailing. After investigation, Kishore Dubey was arrested by the Investigation Officer on 8 April 2022.
According to sources, Kishore Dubey was plotting against company by Staying in contact with the old employees expelled from the company, which would bring disreputation to the company and through which Sagar Joshi would come under pressure and give him the extortion money.
A reputed higher official associated with the company told us that our director Sagar Joshi is a sorted person of very clear and clean image, our company is progressing very fast, thousands of people have got employment in it, so some blackmailers are trying and plotting to defame the company through meaningless allegations.
Investigating officer Yogesh Deshmukh said that it is a crime to talk wrong about someone on social media in this case, in this case Kishore Dubey was detained, investigation is going on.
