देश का सबसे स्वच्छ शहर इंदौर जहां अपनी पहचान पूरे देश में बना चुका है, जिसके लिए इंदौर की जनता और निगमकर्मियों और अधिकारियों ने दिन-रात काम किया जिसकी तारीफ पूरा देश करता है, पर विगत कुछ दिनों से निगमकर्मियों का जनता के प्रति व्यवहार इंदौर की शान में दाग लगा रहा है । जनता के प्रति निगम कर्मियों की बदतमीजीयों के मामले दिन व दिन बढ़ते जा रहे हैं | मासूम बच्चों के अंडे का ठेला पलटाने की बात हो या पुलिसकर्मी से गाली गलौज और धक्का-मुक्की का मामला हो | निगम कर्मी चालान के नाम पर बदतमीजी कर रहे हैं ऐसा ही एक मामला कल पाटनीपुरा चौराहे पर देखने को मिला जहां मास्क को लेकर निगम की चालानी कार्रवाई के बीच विवाद का मामला सामने आया। आजाद नगर चौराहे पर हुए विवाद में शुक्रवार को निगमकर्मी को बर्खास्त कर दिया गया।
जबकि पुलिसकर्मी को सस्पेंड। इसी बीच शुक्रवार रात में ही विवाद का एक और मामला सामने आया। यहां एक महिला को मास्क नहीं पहनने पर पाटनीपुरा चौराहे पर निगमकर्मियों ने चालानी कार्रवाई के लिए रोका। महिला का कहना था कि उसे शुगर की दिक्कत है, इसलिए थोड़ी देर के लिए मास्क हटाया है। चालानी कार्रवाई को लेकर दोनों में बहस हो गई। इसी बीच निगम के वाहन पर लोगों की नजर गई तो गाड़ी का नंबर ही गायब था। इसके बाद लोग निगमकर्मियों पर ही चालानी कार्रवाई के लिए अड़ गए। उनका कहना था कि वे खुद नियम का पालन नहीं कर रहे हैं और आम जनता को परेशान कर रहे हैं। नंदानगर के मनोहर रघुवंशी का कहना था कि हम मैडम के साथ पाटनीपुरा से गुजर रहे थे। मैडम के चेहरे मास्क नहीं था। इस पर निगमवालों ने उनके साथ अभद्र व्यवहार किया और चालान बनाने लगे। जबकि इनकी (निगम) जो गाड़ी है, उसमें खुद नंबर नहीं है। इनका चालान कौन बनाएगा। बात की तो कहते हैं कि हम विधायकजी के पहचान वाले हैं, उन्हीं को यहां बुला लेता हूं। ये विधायक के नाम पर आम जनता को चमका भी रहे हैं। जनता पहले ही परेशान है। अपना जीवन-यापन नहीं कर पा रही है और ये 200-400 रुपए का चालान बना रहे हैं। महिला का कहना है कि मुझे शुगर की दिक्कत है, इसलिए थोड़ी देर के लिए मास्क निकाला था। इस पर इनका कहना है कि मास्क नहीं लगाना तो घर पर बैठो। बाहर क्यों निकल रहे हो।
