अश्लील विडियो मतलब पोर्नोग्राफी की गंदगी से हमारे समाज ओर बच्चों को बचाओ सरकार ??
प्रायः समाजशास्त्री और मनोवैज्ञानिक यह मानते हैं कि यौनिक अपराधों की बढोत्तरी के पीछे पोर्नसाईटस हैं जो हर उम्रबर्ग के लिए खुली हैं। गूगल ट्रेन्ड के मुताबिक पोर्न शब्द की खोज करने वाले 10 शीर्ष देशों में एक भारत भी है। नैतिक श्रेष्ठता का दम भरने वाली सरकार को चाहिए कि इस मामले में चीन से सीख ले। चीन ने अश्लीलता के खिलाफ अभियान चलाते हुए 180000 आँनलाईन प्रकाशन रोके और पोर्नसाईटस के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्यवाहियां की है। इसी तरह कैमरून, जब इंग्लैण्ड के प्रधानमंत्री थे तब माइक्रोसॉफ्ट और गूगल को धमकाया था कि यदि पोर्नसाईटस पर लगाम नहीं लगाई तो उनका बोरिया बिस्तर बांधकर देश से बाहर फेक देंगे।
यह समझने की जरूरत कि बलात्कार करने के बाद हत्या जैसे अपराधों का सैलाब एकाएक क्यों फूट पड़ा है ? जवाब है जब सीमाएं टूटती ह़ैं तो सबकुछ बहा ले जाती हैं । पहले कैसेट्स में ब्लू फिल्में आईं, फिर ये कम्प्यूटर में घुसीं और अब इनकी जगह जेब के मोबाइल फोन में बन गई।
बीबीसी की एक रिपोर्ट बताती है कि कुल नेट सामग्री में तीस फीसद पोर्न सामग्री है। दो साल पहले मैक्स हास्पिटल ने स्कूली छात्रों के बीच सर्वे के बाद पाया कि 47 फीसद छात्र रोजाना पोर्न की बात करते हैं। नेट के सामान्य उपयोगकर्ता को प्रतिदिन कई बार पोर्न सामग्री से वास्ता पड़ता है। वजह प्रायः नब्बे फीसदी समाचार व अन्य जानकारियों की साइट पोर्नसाईटस से लिंक रहती हैं या बीच में विज्ञापन घुसे रहते हैं। कई बहु प्रतिष्ठित अखबारों पर यह आरोप लग चुका है कि वे यूजर्स, लाईक, हिट्स बढ़ाने के लिए पोर्न सामग्री का इस्तेमाल करते हैं। क्योंकि यूजर्स की संख्या के आधार पर ही विज्ञापन मिलते हैं। यानी कि वर्जनाओं को वैसे ही फूटने का मौका मिला जैसे कि बाढ़ में बाँध फूटते हैं। सारी नैतिकता इसके सैलाब में बह गई।
कमाल की बात यह कि साँस्कृतिक झंडाबरदारी करने वाली सरकार ने इस पर दृढता नहीं दिखाई। एक जनहित याचिका में अगस्त 2015 में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 850 पोर्नसाईटस पर प्रतिबंध लगाने को कहा। सरकार ने दृढ़ता के साथ कार्रवाई शुरू तो की लेकिन जल्दी ही कदम पीछे खींच लिए ओर आज वही वेबसाइट नए रूप में नये नाम से उपलब्ध है |
कथित प्रगतिशीलों और आधुनिकता वादियों ने इसे निजता पर हमला बताया और कहा कि इससे अनुच्छेद 21का उल्लंघन होता है। नेशनल क्राईम ब्यूरों के भयावह रिकॉर्ड के बाद भी सरकार ने आसानी से कदम पीछे खींच लिए। तत्कालीन एटार्नी जनरल मुकुल रोहतगी ने चीफ जस्टिस की अध्यक्षता वाली बेंच के समक्ष कहा-पोर्नसाईटस पर प्रतिबंध लगाने को लेकर समाज और संसद में व्यापक बहस की जरूरत है। सरकार की ओर से रोहतगी ने कहा कि जब प्रधानमंत्री डिजटलाजेशन की बात कर रहे हैं तब पोर्न को बैन करना संभव नहीं है। अभी सिर्फ चाईल्ड पोर्न पर पाबंदी है।
दुनिया के हर समझदार देश, इस गंदी सँडाध के खिलाफ हैं एक सिवाय भारत के। तमाम घटनाओं के बाद भी कोई सबक नहीं ले रहा। आधुनिकता और प्रगतिवादी शब्द सिर्फ पोर्नसाईटस के मामले में ही सुने जाते हैं। अन्य मामलों में तो ये भोकते ही रह जाते हैं सरकार को जो करना होता है कर लेती है। कौन पता लगाए इसके पीछे क्या रहस्य है? समाज और नई पीढी को पतनशीलता से बचाना है तो दृढता के साथ ही टोटल पोर्नबंदी करनी होगी।
