In a heartening gesture, Mr. Rajendra Singh has extended his heartfelt congratulations and appreciation to the Director General of Police, Meghalaya, and the entire state police force for their commendable work in solving the high-profile murder case of “Raja” from Indore.
Date: 10 June 2025, In an email addressed to the DGP of Meghalaya, Mr. Singh wrote:-
“I extend my heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the entire team of Meghalaya Police for successfully solving the murder case of ‘Raja’ from Indore.”
He further addressed earlier allegations by certain newspapers and news channels, which had suggested a lack of cooperation from the Meghalaya Police in the investigation. Mr. Singh stated that such claims have now proven to be baseless, recognizing that thorough investigations require time and that the region’s challenging weather conditions had added to the complexity of the case.
“Despite all these adverse circumstances, your team has done commendable work. As a concerned citizen, I express my sincere appreciation and gratitude. Once again, congratulations to the entire team for their dedicated efforts,” Mr. Singh added.
His message serves as a reminder of the importance of public trust in law enforcement agencies and the value of acknowledging their dedication and hard work, especially in difficult conditions.
