मध्यप्रदेश में नई शिक्षा नीति 2020 को लेकर स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग और माध्यमिक शिक्षा मंडल आमने-सामने हो गए। अधिकारियों के बीच लड़ाई खुलकर दिखने लगी है। इसी का नतीजा है कि मंडल के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव (एसीएस) द्वारा जारी नई शिक्षा नीति के आदेश को प्रमुख सचिव (पीएस) स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग ने निरस्त कर दिया। इसके कारण सोमवार से शुरू होने वाली ऑनलाइन क्लास भी शुरू नहीं हो सकीं। हालांकि, अब इसको लेकर कोई कुछ भी बोलने को तैयार नहीं है। मंडल ने 25 शिक्षकों से विचार-विमर्श और स्कूल शिक्षा मंत्री की सहमति के बाद नई शिक्षा नीति जारी कर दी थी। इसमें स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग को शामिल नहीं किया था।
अधिकारियों का कहना है कि मंडल का काम परीक्षा लेना और उसके संबंध में नीति निर्धारण करना है। शिक्षा नीति बनाना उनका काम नहीं है। इसी के कारण पीएस स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग ने इस आदेश को निरस्त कर दिया। हालांकि, नई शिक्षा नीति के आने के बाद से ही इस पर विवाद की बातें सामने आ गई थीं। माशिमं ने यह तैयारी की थी माशिमं ने हाईस्कूल और हाई सेकेंडरी विद्यालय, विद्यार्थी, शिक्षकों के लिए माशिमं नाम से एप तैयार करवाया। इसमें सभी को नामांकन करना अनिवार्य कर दिया। इसके जरिए ही परीक्षा आवेदन पत्र भरना, शुल्क जमा करना, होम असाइनमेंट और प्राप्तांक दिए जाना तय किया था। नई शिक्षा नीति 2020 में यह नया ऑनलाइन सत्र 7 सितंबर से शुरू करना था। क्लास सुबह 7 बजे से 10 बजे तक 3 घंटे की। कक्षाएं दूरदर्शन और मोबाइल एप के जरिए। होम असाइनमेंट पूरा करना अनिवार्य था। माशिमं एप पर छात्रों, शिक्षकों और संस्थाओं को पंजीयन कराना अनिवार्य। सभी पाठ्य सामग्री ऑन लाइन माशिमं के पोर्टल पर उपलब्ध। अभी यह व्यवस्था स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग सत्र से लेकर बच्चों के पाठ्यक्रम को तय करता है। स्कूल संचालन और छात्रों की पढ़ाई संबंधी निर्णय स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग के पास। कोरोना के कारण स्कूलों को 31 सितंबर तक बंद रखा गया है। हमारा घर हमारा विद्यालय नाम से अभियान चलाया जा रहा है।
