कॉलेजों में बीकॉम, बीबीए, बीएससी, बीए सहित अन्य कोर्स के 2019-20 सत्र के 70 हजार से ज्यादा ओबीसी छात्रों की स्कॉलरशिप सालभर से जारी नहीं की गई। 113 कॉलेजों में 10 से ज्यादा कोर्स की स्कॉलरशिप अटकी है। पिछले साल अक्टूबर-नवंबर में यह स्कॉलरशिप आ जाना थी। मगर बजट की कमी के कारण सिर्फ एससी-एसटी छात्रों की स्कॉलरशिप ही आई है, ओबीसी की नहीं। पहले यह स्काॅलरशिप इसी साल मार्च में आ जाना थी लेकिन पहले कोरोना के कारण अटकी। अब नए सत्र 2 की एडमिशन प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के बाद भी नहीं आई। कॉलेज इस मामले में चिट्ठी भी लिख चुके हैं लेकिन कोई जवाब नहीं आया।
कॉलेजों का कहना है अगर स्कालरशिप नहीं आई तो वेतन देने के लिए पैसा नहीं बचेगा। पहले ही कोरोना संकट के कारण 50 फीसदी छात्रों की फीस जमा नहीं हुई। ऐसे में पिछले साल की तरह इस साल की स्कॉलरशिप भी नहीं आई तो आगे दिक्कत और बढ़ेगी। कॉलेज एसोसिएशन के प्रवक्ता अवधेश दवे का कहना है बजट की कमी के कारण स्कॉलरशिप नहीं आ रही। इस कारण अब वेतन देने के लाले पड़ रहे हैं। सारे कॉलेज इस मामले में जल्द सीएम से मिलकर बात रखेंगे।
