आइए जानते है कि अलग अलग स्किन टाइप के लिए दूध का फेस पैक कैसे तैयार करें। विटामिन और खनिजों से परिपूर्ण दूध हमारी स्किन के लिए बेहद उपयोगी है। दूध का फेस पैक आपकी स्किन में निखार लाएंगा साथ ही स्किन के विकारों को भी दूर करेगा। यदि आपकी स्किन बहुत शुष्क है तो आप दूध और शहद का फेस पैक इस्तेमाल करें। ये पैक स्किन को साफ करके मॉइश्चुराइज करेगा। इसके लिए एक कटोरे में दूध लें, इसमें शहद मिलाएं और अच्छी तरह से मिक्स कर लें । रूई का उपयोग करके अपने चेहरे पर इस पेस्ट को लगाएं। मिश्रण को 15-20 मिनट के लिए अपनी त्वचा पर लगा रहने दें, फिर इसे पानी से वॉश कर लें। ऑयली स्किन के लिए दूध और मुल्तानी मिट्टी का पैक :- स्किन अधिक ऑयली है तो ये पैक आपके लिए बेहद फायदेमंद है | इसके लिए दो चम्मच मुल्तानी मिट्टी, 1 चम्मच दूध लें और चिकना होने तक चलाएं| अपना चेहरा वॉश करें और फिर इसे सुखा लें। इस पेस्ट को चेहरे पर लगाएं और 15-20 मिनट तक सूखने के लिए छोड़ दें। इसे पोंछने के लिए एक गीले तोलिए का उपयोग करें और अपने चेहरे को अच्छी तरह से धो लें। संवेदनशील स्किन के लिए फेस पैक :- संवेदनशील त्वचा वाले लोगों के लिए दूध और केले का फेस पैक परफेक्ट होता है। दूध में लैक्टिक एसिड हाइपरपिग्मेंटेशन से लड़ने में मदद करता है जबकि केले में मौजूद विटामिन ए आपको नरम, पौष्टिक और चमकती त्वचा देता है| इसके लिए एक कटोरे में, केला लें और इसके गूदे को अच्छी तरह फेट लें। इसका गाढ़ा पेस्ट बनाने के लिए इसमें पर्याप्त दूध मिलाएं। पेस्ट को अपने चेहरे और गर्दन पर लगाएं। इसे 15-20 मिनट तक सूखने के लिए छोड़ दें। बाद में इसे अच्छी तरह से वॉश करें।
