पिंपल की तरह चेहरे पर पड़े ब्लैकहैड्स भी खराब लगते हैं। बंद पोर्स और गदंगी जमा होने के कारण इस समस्या का सामना करना पड़ता है। ब्लैक हैड्स आमतौर पर नाक और उनके आसपास की जगहों पर हो जाते हैं। छोटे-छोटे काले मार्क्स की तरह नजर आने वाले यह ब्लैकहैड्स आपकी खूबसूरती को भी खराब कर देते हैं। इस समस्या से निजात पाने के लिए आप कई तरह के केमिकल युक्त प्रोडक्ट्स का इस्तेमाल करते हैं लेकिन कई बार यह पूरी तरह से नहीं जाते हैं। ऐसे में अपनी जेब ढीली करने के बजाय घर पर मौजूद कुछ चीजों का इस्तेमाल कर इस समस्या से छुटकारा पा सकते हैं।
जानिए इनके बारे में विस्तार से। बेकिंग सोड़ा :- ब्लैक हैड्स से छुटकारा दिलाने में बेकिंग सोडा काफी कारगर साबित हो सकता है। इसके लिए एक बाउल में एक छोटा चम्मच बेकिंग सोड़ा में थोड़ा सा गुलाब जल या पानी मिलाकर गाढ़ा पेस्ट बना लें। इसके बाद इसे नाक के चारों ओर लगा लें। जब यह अच्छी चरह से सुख जाए तो इसे हल्के हाथों से रगड़कर निकाल लें और साफ पानी से धो लें। टूथपेस्ट :- टूथपेस्ट से भी आसानी से ब्लैक हैड्स से छुटकारा पा सकते हैं। इसके लिए एक टूथब्रश में थोड़ा सा टूथपेस्ट लगाकर नाक के चारों ओर हल्के हाथों से सर्कुलर मोशन नें रगड़े। 3-4 मिनट ऐसा करने के बाद साफ पानी से धो लें। शहद और चीनी :- शहद और चीनी की मदद से भी आप ब्लैकहैड्स हटा सकती हैं। इसके लिए एक 1 चम्मच चीनी में 1 चम्मच शहद डालकर अच्छी तरह से मिक्स कर लें। इसके बाद इसे ब्लैकहैड्स में लगा लें। 2-3 मिनट लगा रहने के बाद हल्के हाथों से साफ करते हुए हटा दें। ओटमील :- ओटमील से बना स्क्रब भी ब्लैकहै़ड्स हटाने में मदद कर सकता है। इसके लिए 2 बड़े चम्मच ओटमील को दरदरा पीस लें। इसके बाद इसमें दही और शहद मिलाकर गाढ़ा पेस्ट बना लें। इसके बाद इसे ब्लैकहैड्स में लगा लें। 3-4 मिनट लगा रहने के बाद हल्के हाथों से रगड़कर पानी से धो लें।
