हर किसी का पहला प्यार होता है जो कभी मिटने का नाम नहीं लेता है उसकी यादें मरते दम तक जिन्दा रहती है। दिल में हमेशा इस तरह से अपनी मिठास बनाये रखता है, जैसे एक बंद बर्तन में, मुरब्बा अपना मीठापन सजाये रखता है। आखिर वो कौन से कारण होते हैं, जिनकी वजह से यह हमें मरते दम तक याद रहता है। पहले प्यार की मिठास क्यों कभी ख़त्म नहीं होती पहले प्यार से पहले हम कुछ ज्यादा घूमने जा नहीं पाते हैं और जब कोई साथ होता है तो सारी दुनिया उसके साथ घुमने वाले पल कभी भुलाए नहीं का सकते हैं।
आगे की जिंदगी में हम काफी व्यस्त भी हो जाते हैं। प्यार मिलने से पहले हम बस सपने सजा रहे होते हैं वो करेंगे, ऐसीं-ऐसीं बातें करेंगे, यहाँ सपनों का एक छोटा-सा संसार बना लेते हैं और पहले प्यार के साथ हम इन्हीं सारे सपनों को जितना भी हो सके पूरा जरूर करते हैं। पहले प्यार के बाद कई नये एहसासों से हम रूबरू होते हैं। रातों को जग-जग कर बात करना। घर से झूठ बोलकर उनके साथ घूमना, इस एहसास को हम कभी भूल नहीं पाते हैं। अक्सर हम अपनी पहली मोहब्बत के साथ शादी की इतनी बातें करते हैं कि की वो हमारा पार्टनर बन जाता है। जिसके कारण ये हमारी कल्पनायों में वह बस जाता है।
